How to find your EasyLoad ID:

On the BLACK BOX Prompter: Main Menu → Smart Tools → Enable EasyLoad

1. Enter EasyLoad ID

Do not press Enter after entering the EasyLoad ID. All alphabetical characters must be entered in lower case.


2. Choose type of file to upload


(.txt preferred, .docx, or text-based .pdf)
(.txt preferred, .docx, or text-based .pdf)
(.pdf images)
(JPEG only)
(.json)

3. Select file(s) to upload to your BLACK BOX Prompter

(hold down Ctrl or Cmd key to select multiple)

Choose the file type that matches what you are uploading.


You must select at least one file.

4. Upload selected files


Tip: Make sure file names do not contain special characters.

Do not use: apostrophes, quotation marks, commas, forward or back slashes, asterisks, ampersands, parentheses, or periods within the file name.

Spaces, underscores, and dashes are okay. Do not use periods before the file extension.

Example: Use My Song.txt, not My.Song.(Final).txt.

Note: We do NOT support .rtf files.

** How to Find Your EasyLoad ID **

NOTE: To Receive files, EasyLoad MUST be enabled on your Prompter.

On the BLACK BOX Prompter's Main Menu:

  1. Go to Main Menu → 3) Smart Tools Cropped vertical-mode Main Menu screen in Large font, click to open full-size in a new tab
